Who can use JAS products?
Our Body Buttercream, Body Polish, Deodorant Paste, Lip Polish, Body Bars, and Bath Soak are for anyone with skin! We use natural, non-GMO, and organic ingredients. Please keep in mind that we use sweet almond oil, shea butter, coconut oil, olive oil, mango butter, cocoa butter, babbasu oil, argan oil, and other naturally sourced ingredients. If you’re unsure whether or not you can use a product, test a small amount on a small area of skin.
Is it safe on sensitive skin or during pregnancy?
The oils and butters that we use are safe for all skin types. Our products were formulated with sensitive skin in mind and heart. Sometimes, pregnancy brings on unexpected issues such as very dry skin or uneven skin tone. Our body buttercream is excellent for these issues. Always consult your physician if your are in doubt.
What should I do if my body buttercream arrives melted?
We take every precaution to ensure your products will arrive solid, including utilizing insulated packaging and ice packs. Sometimes Mother Nature has other plans and your Body Buttercream may melt. No worries! If your Body Buttercream arrives melted, simply refrigerate it until it becomes solid and give it a good stir or whip. The efficiency of the product is not compromised by melting. It will still nourish your skin!
What if I forgot to apply a coupon or discount code?
Once an order is processed we are no longer able to apply special codes. But no worries, you can just use it the next time you check out!
What should I do if I put the wrong shipping address?
If you put in incorrect shipping information, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will do everything in our power to get your order in the right hands.
